Q: How do I know my
receive resumes in my inbox?
A: Register for an account on ResumePostOffice.com. Once you have registered
for an account go to the homepage and log on. Once you logon you can create
your profile and set you email properties for resumes that you want that match
your criteria.
Q: How much does it cost to become a member of ResumePostOffice?
A: It is free to join ResumePostOffice
Q: Is my information safe?
A: ResumePostOffice does not sell or disclose personal information unless given
written consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Your credit card information is secure because we use 128 bit encrypted SSL
certificate from Thawte to keep your credit card information safe.
Q: Do you keep my credit card information on file?
A: ResumePostOffice doe not keep credit card information on file.
Q: Can I change my information after I posted my resume on
ResumePostOffice?
A: Yes you can change and edit your information after you posted your profile.
Log on to your account and click on edit profile.
Q: How long will my profile be active in on ResumePostOffice?
A: Profiles posted on ResumePostOffice will remain active for a year
Q: What types of Credit Cards does ResumePostOffice
except?
A: ResumePostOffice accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

Q: What is I forget my password?
A: If you forgot your passwords go to the home page and click on
forgot password and we will email you your password.
Q: Can I filter our resume from the resume database?
A: You can filter the resume database by different criteria such as Title,
Education, Location and many other criteria.
Q: How many resumes can
I receive?
A: You can receive as many resumes as jobseekers that pay for the
distribution service. It is better to search the resume database just in case a
job seeker did not select to send his resume to your company or firm.
Q: Can I send advertisements about other products and services to
jobseekers?
A: No, please see our terms of use statement. ResumePostOffice does not allow
advertisements of any kind, this is in violation of our terms of use statement
and we can restrict you from using our services.
